An instant hit..

A new recipe for today, tea-soaked chicken...about all anyone could say for this dish was wow.  Moist, tender and full of flavor, a great hit with the whole crowd from every age group at the table.    Debbie came up with a lovely cucumber and tomato salad and an asian lettuce salad which complimented the meat so perfectly.  Then we indulged for dessert with grilled strawberry cheesecake.  Dinner and dessert divine and both recipes keepers in all our books.  It's so wonderful to be able experiment and try things that just sound interesting sometimes.
